บ้านและสวน ร่วมกับ SCG Landscape ภายใต้โครงการ GOOD WALK THAILAND เปิดเวทีให้คนรุ่นใหม่ร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการออกแบบอนาคตเมือง ผ่านการประกวด GOOD WALK DESIGN AWARD 2026 ภายใต้แนวคิด “Chiang Mai Walkable City” เชิญชวนนิสิต นักศึกษา ร่วมส่งผลงานออกแบบทางเท้าและภูมิทัศน์บริเวณถนนคนเดินท่าแพ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ชิงเงินรางวัลรวมกว่า 80,000 บาท พร้อมโอกาสที่ผลงานจะได้รับการต่อยอดสู่การพัฒนาพื้นที่จริง
เชียงใหม่เป็นหนึ่งในเมืองที่มีศักยภาพสูงในการพัฒนาแนวคิด Walkable City ด้วยลักษณะผังเมืองที่กระชับ แหล่งท่องเที่ยวสำคัญที่เชื่อมโยงถึงกันได้ง่าย และวิถีชีวิตที่ผูกพันกับการใช้พื้นที่สาธารณะ จึงเป็นเมืองที่เอื้อต่อการสัญจรด้วยการเดิน และมีโอกาสต่อยอดสู่การพัฒนาพื้นที่ทางเท้าให้มีคุณภาพยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อรองรับการใช้งานที่หลากหลายของผู้คนในเมือง
GOOD WALK DESIGN AWARD 2026 เปิดพื้นที่ให้นิสิต นักศึกษา ร่วมแสดงศักยภาพและนำเสนอแนวคิดสร้างสรรค์ ภายใต้โจทย์สำคัญว่า “ทางเท้าแบบใด” ที่จะตอบโจทย์เมืองเชียงใหม่ได้อย่างแท้จริง พร้อมผลักดันให้เชียงใหม่ก้าวสู่การเป็นต้นแบบเมืองที่ใช้การเดินเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการพัฒนาเมืองอย่างยั่งยืน
พื้นที่ศึกษาของการประกวดในครั้งนี้คือ “ถนนคนเดินท่าแพ” หนึ่งในพื้นที่สำคัญที่สะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรม วิถีชีวิต และความคึกคักทางเศรษฐกิจของเชียงใหม่ โดยผู้เข้าประกวดจะได้ร่วมออกแบบแนวคิดทางเท้าและภูมิทัศน์ เพื่อยกระดับประสบการณ์การใช้งานพื้นที่สาธารณะ และสร้างมุมมองใหม่ต่อการพัฒนาเมืองที่ให้ความสำคัญกับผู้คนเป็นศูนย์กลาง

“GOOD WALK DESIGN AWARD 2026” offers over 80,000 baht in prize money and the opportunity to have your project built.
Baan & Suan (Home & Garden) in collaboration with SCG Landscape under the GOOD WALK THAILAND project. Providing a platform for the new generation to be a part of designing the future of the city through the GOOD WALK DESIGN AWARD 2026 competition. Under the concept of ” Chiang Mai Walkable City,” university students are invited to submit designs for sidewalks and landscapes along Tha Pae Walking Street in Chiang Mai, competing for total prize money exceeding 80,000 baht, along with the opportunity for their designs to be further developed into a real area.
Chiang Mai is one of the cities with high potential for developing the Walkable City concept. Its compact urban plan, easily interconnected major tourist attractions, and a lifestyle closely tied to the use of public spaces make it conducive to walking and offer opportunities to further develop higher-quality sidewalks to accommodate the diverse needs of the city’s residents.
GOOD WALK DESIGN AWARD 2026 This initiative provides a platform for university students to showcase their potential and present creative ideas under the crucial theme of “What type of sidewalk will truly meet the needs of Chiang Mai?” The aim is to propel Chiang Mai towards becoming a model city where walking is a key mechanism for sustainable urban development.
The study area for this competition is “Tha Pae Walking Street,” a key location reflecting Chiang Mai’s cultural identity, lifestyle, and economic vibrancy. Contestants will design pedestrian walkways and landscape concepts to enhance the user experience of public spaces and create a fresh perspective on people-centered urban development.
