NEXUS ออกแบบโดย RSP Architects ด้วยแนวคิดที่ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากหมู่เกาะในทะเลอันดามัน ผสานการจัดวางสเปซระหว่างอาคารที่ตีความจาก “ชานเรือนไทย” ให้เป็นพื้นที่เชื่อมต่อกึ่งกลางสำหรับการพักผ่อน และกิจกรรม เพื่อสร้างระบบนิเวศทางธุรกิจและไลฟ์สไตล์ที่เชื่อมโยงกันอย่างสมบูรณ์ โดยเน้นตอบโจทย์การใช้ชีวิตในเมืองเขตร้อนผ่านการวางผังอาคารแบบกระจายตัวเพื่อความโปร่ง การระบายอากาศที่ดี และทางเดินที่มีร่มเงาเชื่อมต่อกันตลอดสาย อีกทั้งยังให้ความสำคัญกับภูมิทัศน์และพื้นที่สีเขียวโดย P Landscape ที่เลือกใช้พันธุ์ไม้ท้องถิ่นเพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ร่มรื่น ยั่งยืน และสะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ของภูเก็ต

Phuket real estate remains strong! CV Group announces the success of NEXUS. Winning a major Asian design award, construction is now proceeding at full speed.
CV Group , led by Mr. Apirak Vanich and Mrs. Chantip Vanich, continues to reinforce its vision of developing a model city of the future after its flagship mixed-use project, NEXUS , a mega-project under Synthesis Ark Phuket, won the 2026 Asia’s Best Mixed-Use Development award at the Asia Architecture Design Awards. This reflects the success of a large-scale real estate project in Phuket that has received recognition at the Asian level.
Mr. Apirak Vanich, Chairman of CV Group, revealed that, “This award is a source of great pride for the Vanich family, CV Group, and the people of Phuket, because NEXUS is not just an office building project or a typical mixed-use complex, but the flagship project of Synthesis Ark Phuket.” “We intend to develop this into a model city of the future for Phuket, and this is the second award for the project, after Synthesis Ark Phuket received Asia’s Best Master Planning award at the Asia Architecture and Design Awards 2025 last year.”
The NEXUS project is a mixed-use complex integrating office buildings, a health center, a lifestyle mall, and a hotel. The development concept recognizes Phuket’s growth potential in terms of economy, investment, tourism, and the expansion of international service businesses. This project is a key highlight of the first phase of Synthesis Ark Phuket, a large-scale integrated mixed-use development spanning over 491 rai in the Koh Kaew area of Phuket.
The NEXUS project , designed by RSP Architects, draws inspiration from the Andaman Sea islands. It seamlessly integrates spaces between buildings, reinterpreting the traditional Thai veranda as a central connecting area for relaxation and activities. The goal is to create a fully interconnected business and lifestyle ecosystem, addressing the needs of tropical urban living through a dispersed building layout for airiness, ventilation, and shaded walkways. Emphasis is also placed on landscaping and green spaces, with P Landscape selecting local plant species to create a lush, sustainable environment that reflects Phuket’s unique identity.
Mr. Apirak further stated that the CV Group of Companies is fully prepared to proceed with the construction of the NEXUS project, with Ritta Co., Ltd. serving as the main contractor.
