นายกสมาคมวิศวกรโครงสร้างแห่งประเทศไทยชี้ทางออกสำหรับบ้านปลอดภัยยุคใหม่
ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อมร พิมานมาศ นายกสมาคมวิศวกรโครงสร้างแห่งประเทศไทย และนายกสมาคมคอนกรีตหล่อสำเร็จไทย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวิศวกรโครงสร้าง หนึ่งในวิทยากรที่มาร่วมเสวนาในครั้งนี้ กล่าวว่า “แม้ประเทศไทยจะไม่ใช่ประเทศที่อยู่บนรอยเลื่อนหลักของโลก แต่ก็ได้รับแรงสั่นสะเทือนจากแผ่นดินไหวในประเทศเพื่อนบ้านอยู่เสมอ แม้แต่ในกรุงเทพฯ ที่อยู่ห่างจากรอยเลื่อนหลายร้อยกิโลเมตร หรือแม้กระทั่งเป็นพันกิโลเมตร ก็ยังตรวจพบแรงสั่นสะเทือนชัดเจนหลายครั้ง โดยเฉพาะอาคารสูงหรือสิ่งปลูกสร้างที่ไม่ได้ออกแบบให้รองรับแรงจากแผ่นดินไหวอย่างเหมาะสม ดังนั้น การเตรียมพร้อมผ่านการออกแบบทางวิศวกรรมจึงเป็นเรื่องจำเป็น”
“โครงสร้างที่แข็งแรงไม่เพียงปกป้องชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของผู้อยู่อาศัย แต่ยังช่วยลดภาระในการซ่อมแซมและฟื้นฟูหลังเกิดเหตุอีกด้วย บ้านยุคใหม่จึงต้องออกแบบให้พร้อมรับมือกับทุกสถานการณ์ ไม่ใช่แค่สวยหรืออยู่สบาย แต่ต้อง ‘เอาอยู่’ เมื่อเกิดแผ่นดินไหว การออกแบบโครงสร้างอาคารยุคใหม่จึงต้องคำนึงถึงการต้านแผ่นดินไหวด้วย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งโครงสร้างประเภทพรีคาสท์ จะต้องออกแบบและก่อสร้างจุดต่อที่ยึดชิ้นส่วนทั้งระบบเข้าด้วยกันให้มีความแข็งแรง ลดโอกาสถล่มหรือแตกร้าวเมื่อเกิดแผ่นดินไหว”
“พรีคาสท์” เทคโนโลยีบ้านยุคใหม่ ปลอดภัยและลดคาร์บอน

Professor Dr. Amorn Pimanmas, President of the Structural Engineers Association of Thailand and President of the Thai Precast Concrete Association, an expert in structural engineering and one of the speakers who joined the seminar, said, “Although Thailand is not a country located on the world’s main fault line, it is always subject to tremors from earthquakes in neighboring countries. Even in Bangkok, which is hundreds or even thousands of kilometers away from the fault line, there have been many clear tremors detected, especially in tall buildings or structures that are not properly designed to withstand earthquakes. Therefore, it is essential to be prepared through engineering design.”
“A strong structure not only protects the lives and properties of residents, but also reduces the burden of repairs and restoration after an incident. Modern houses must be designed to be ready to handle all situations. They are not just beautiful or comfortable, but must also ‘handle’ an earthquake. Modern building structure designs must therefore take earthquake resistance into account. Precast structures, in particular, must be designed and constructed with connection points that hold all parts of the system together to be strong, reducing the chances of collapse or cracking when an earthquake occurs.”
“Precast”, a new-age home technology that is safe and reduces carbon
Mr. Songsak Piyawannarat, Deputy CEO of Inno Precast Co., Ltd., said about the development of precast technology that “Inno Precast has the highest production capacity factory in Thailand with fully automatic machinery from Germany that can control quality more precisely.
