นายอัตพล พยัคฆ์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านเทคโนโลยี บริษัท ไซเบอร์จีนิคส์ จำกัด ได้เผยถึงวิสัยทัศน์ว่า “ไซเบอร์จีนิคส์ พร้อมแล้วที่จะมุ่งสู่การเป็นบริษัทผู้นำและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้าน Cybersecurity Platforms ชั้นนำโดยมุ่งเน้นสนับสนุนให้ธุรกิจเติบโตในสภาพแวดล้อมดิจิทัลที่ปลอดภัยผ่านการให้บริการด้านความปลอดภัยแบบครบวงจรด้วยนวัตกรรมล้ำสมัยมาตรฐานระดับโลก และตอบสนองต่อภูมิทัศน์ของภัยคุกคามที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผ่านความร่วมมือกับบริษัทที่ปรึกษาด้านความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ เพื่อให้บริการที่ปรึกษาความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ และบริการตามข้อกำหนด PDPA เพื่อครอบคลุมเรื่อง Data Governance และ AI Governance ด้วยเล็งเห็นถึงความท้าทายที่ธุรกิจองค์กรจะต้องเผชิญในปี 2025 ดังนี้
1.การขาดแคลนบุคลากรที่มีทักษะ องค์กรหลายแห่งประสบปัญหาขาดแคลนบุคลากรที่มีความรู้และทักษะด้านไซเบอร์ ทำให้ไม่สามารถจัดการกับภัยคุกคามได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาทักษะบุคลากรจึงเป็นเรื่องสำคัญ
2.ระบบที่ล้าสมัย การใช้ระบบเทคโนโลยีที่ไม่มีการอัปเดตจะทำให้เกิดช่องโหว่ในการรักษาความปลอดภัย
จึงควรปรับปรุงระบบให้ทันสมัยเพื่อป้องกันการโจมตีอยู่เสมอ
3.ความซับซ้อนของการโจมตี ผู้โจมตีมีเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อนมากขึ้น เช่น การโจมตีแบบผสมผสานระหว่างออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ รวมถึงใช้ข้อมูลจากอุปกรณ์อัจฉริยะเพื่อปรับแต่งการโจมตี องค์กรจึงต้องสามารถวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์และตอบสนองต่อภัยคุกคามได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
4.ความเสี่ยงจากห่วงโซ่อุปทาน การโจมตีผ่านห่วงโซ่อุปทานเป็นอีกหนึ่งความเสี่ยงที่องค์กรต้องเผชิญโดยเฉพาะเมื่อมีการใช้บริการจากบุคคลที่สาม การตรวจสอบและควบคุมโดยผู้ให้บริการจึงเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น
5.การตอบสนองที่ช้า ในกรณีที่เกิดการโจมตี องค์กรอาจไม่สามารถตอบสนองได้ทันที เนื่องจากขาดกระบวนการและระบบที่เหมาะสมในการจัดการกับเหตุการณ์ การเตรียมความพร้อมและวางแผนรับมือจึงมีความสำคัญ
6.ความกังวลเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจำนวนมาก ทำให้องค์กรตกเป็นเป้าหมายของผู้โจมตี และความเสี่ยงด้านความเป็นส่วนตัว องค์กรจึงต้องมีมาตรการในการปกป้องข้อมูลอย่างเข้มงวด
